E-Cat Rossi Invention

Our world is in an energy crisis. No renewable resource, except cold fusion, is able to provide the current energy output that oil, gas and coal can produce. This means that if we place solar panels throughout the US and place wind turbines on every coast in the country, we will still not be able to produce the same amount of energy that we are producing now.
In essence, the question comes down to what we can do to ensure a safe and energy rich future. What if it was possible to get an energy source that never runs out? This would solve one of the greatest puzzles that mankind has faced to date.
The human civilization would be able to flourish. People would be able to get energy in all parts of the world at affordable prices. The economic sector would gain enormously if there was a supply of unlimited energy.

What Is The E-Cat Device?
One scientist by the name of Andrea Rossi has come up with a way to create a successful from of cold fusion that is safe and effective.
In January of 2011, Italian inventor Andrea Rossi along with his friend, business partner and consultant, Sergio Focardi invented a device called the energy catalyzer or E-Cat. The E-Cat is a device that is able to create a large amount of heat through the combination of powdered nickel metal, hydrogen gas and a catalyst that is not known inside the device. The device works by combining the three elements together in a low energy nuclear reaction (LENR) process that takes place in a particular chamber inside the device.
During the LENR process, if an external heat source is applied, the nucleus of a hydrogen atom, which is known as a proton, is able to penetrate the nucleus of the nickel element thus creating a nickel hydrogen fusion. When this occurs, the nickel atom becomes a copper atom and instantly produces a large amount of thermal energy in the process.

The energy that is produced by the nickel hydrogen fusion is then used to heat water ultimately resulting in hot water or steam as being the output of the E-Cat device. In order to protect the environment and users from the harmful radiation during the cold fusion process, Lead and Boron are used as a shield. When the reactions are completed and the external heat source turned off, there is no radio-active waste.
The unique feature of the E-Cat device is that is can produce more energy than any other cold fusion process and that too, at a much cheaper rate. The elements that are used are comparatively cleaner than the other sources of energy on the market.
The elements required for the fusion to take place (hydrogen and nickel) are readily available on the market at a fairly low cost.
Unlike traditional nuclear fission, the E-Cat does not release any greenhouse gases or CO2 that can harm the ozone layer.

Potential Buyers of the E-Cat Invention
In order for Andrea Rossi to successfully create the E-Cat device and test is appropriately, he needed funding and unfortunately due to cold fusion being a much discredited part of science, he could not turn to the scientific community for funding and assistance.
Instead, Andrea Rossi turned to the various capitalists and entrepreneurs for financial assistance. He successfully received the funding that he needed.

Defkalion Green Technologies
In February of 2011, Andrea Rossi reached an agreement with a Greek energy company name Defkalion Green Technologies as his first client to use the E-Cat device.
The agreement was that Rossi would deliver a one megawatt heating plant that consisted of three hundred reactors of four kW. The plant would provide heating for the companies own purposes and was not to be sold commercially.
However, in the August of 2011, Andrea Rossi announced that the contract that was signed between him and Defkalion Green Technologies had been cancelled due to Defkalion not being able to meet its financial obligations in due time. This statement was also confirmed by a board member of Defkalion Green Technologies.

AmpEnergo
According to several different nuclear journals and magazines, Andrea Rossi reached an agreement with a US company AmpEnergo in May of 2011 for an amount that is not known to the public. The agreement was that Rossi would receive royalties on the sale of licenses and products that were built using or using the concept of the E-Cat device.
Throughout history, the topic of cold fusion has been discredited since the late 1980’s. However, Andrea Rossi is willing to go the extra mile and prove that there is a device that is able to produce a fairly clean and renewable source of energy that does not get depleted.
